The most important thing you can do is remember to take regular breaks.
Following the 20-20-20 rule can help. Every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and make sure to shift your gaze to an object that’s at least 20 feet away from you.
You may also want to consider reducing your blue light exposure either by wearing blue light filtering glasses or adjusting your screen settings.
